Jimmy Carter question of the day
Is there any terrorist or supporter of terrorists that Jimmy Carter would refuse to legitimize? Given his bottomless willingness to elevate even mass murderers, it is hard to imagine how bad somebody would have to be before Carter would not join him in front of a camera.

Carter simply realizes that his own demons make it impossible for him to condemn another, what with all that lusting in his heart.

Perhaps Carter will take over Palestine like Rumsfeld took over Iraq after so many years of supporting Saddam Hussein. OR us taking over Panama by arresting Noriega after we tired of him. Or perhaps like President Bush did in Communist Viet Nam two years ago, Carter will open the Palestinian stock exchange. Sigh,
it is so hard to tell who are enemies are without a scorecard. It only takes a few years to make a vile enemy our new friend and vice versa. Who would have thought that Oliver North would go to Daniel Ortega's inauguration ceremonies in Nicaragua after all the fighting the two of them did with each other 20 years ago?
The world keeps changing but it always looks the same in retrospect.

One can only hope that Khalid Meshaal will show JC Himself a long period of hospitality in the Terry Anderson suite. Alternately, JC Himself is offering himself as Meshaal's human shield in case of Israeli attack.
