Law professor implies Michelle Malkin is a fraud
Law professor Eric Muller strongly implied that Michelle Malkin has a ghost writer.
Oops. I'd say that Michelle's response was arrestingly civil, under the circumstances.
It is not surprising, actually, that Eric Muller cannot believe that Michelle Malkin works as hard as she does. With obvious exceptions, it may fairly be said that law professors work, oh, a tad less hard than, say, practicing lawyers with similar credentials. Muller might have stayed at "the litigation department of a private law firm in Manhattan" instead of leaving after two years, but he didn't. Instead he left for a government job and then a teaching position at the Wyoming College of Law. Who are we kidding here?
I don't mean to be too harsh -- Professor Muller is obviously an accomplished guy -- but perhaps a dose of his own medicine will cause him to reconsider whether it is dignified or respectible to imply that Michelle Malkin is a fraud. Whether one agrees with her or not, she obviously writes her own stuff.

Ad Hominem attacks are an indication one side of the debate has been defeated on the field of "ideas" and is now has as its only defence a classic textbook fallacy.
For those who value form over substance this defence may have some substance ;-)

Honestly, who pays THAT much attention to Michelle Malkin posts?
Note to fellow liberals: She ain't worth the fuss. Nobody is.

Followed the links and got a chuckle out of this one. I particularly liked the guy who compared Mr. Muller to Ahab “Abandon this obsession and put down the harpoon” In all, his post appears to be the typical liberal snipe, garnished with a few factoids and smothered in innuendo.
Kick him again Michelle. He’s still twitching.

Hamsher,
Even if this is some lame attempt at a joke, it ain't. Cut that crap out, I'd hate for something bad to happen to you.
Capeesh?
I do not know of may women who would use the terms Jane Hamsher used. A psuedonym for a man or maybe a sex change without the requisite mind change.

I deleted the "Jane Hamsher" comment. It is only the second time, I believe, that I have ever deleted a non-spam comment. Harshness of that magnitude without actual humor or some other redeeming point to make is not welcome.
Also, it is a slur against the well-known lefty blogger Jane Hamsher, who never would have written such a thing.

It was remarkably foolish to claim that Malkin isn't doing her own work. People should focus on the arguments. When they fail to do so and launch unsubstantiated personal attacks, ultimately they decredentialize themselves. In this case, the fellow also made himself seem lazy, both intellectually and physically.
Dolt.
A hint as to MMuller's motivation comes from his bio:
His book "Free to Die for their Country: The Story of the Japanese American Draft Resisters of World War II," was published in August of 2001 by the University of Chicago Press.
He may not like Malkin's view on WWII internment, although I have not checked to see if he has addressed that directly. I didn't even make it all the way through his "fraud" post, so I may be totally missing the point.

Maybe Prof. Muller is cranky because, according to the latest US News rankings, he now works at a fourth-tier, rather than third-tier, law school. Maybe if you applied yourself a bit more assiduously, professor, . . .
