Until I saw our Vice President do it, I thought that butting heads and wagging my finger was rude...

Biden on Friday pledged to close gaps between family incomes and college costs to make higher education a reality for more American students.

Regardless of the caption, I want to know what his PLAN is. Reduce college costs? Raise family incomes? Both? How? ... my guess it has something to do with further redistribution ...
