I have already seen the future. About 15 years ago I had some business in NYC. Upon arrival I noticed I had forgotten my credit and ATM cards (it was a very early flight). I went to a CitiBank branch on 58th St., took a number and waited TWO HOURS while one clerk who has English as a poor fourth language waited on customers while 6 others stirred behind the counter shuffling papers and counting money. I was 3 away from my turn when they announced that the bank was closing for the day. It must have been the look on my face that caused the manager to quickly come over and solve my problem. The rest of the sheep just treated this as normal service.
