On the moral depravity scale for political corruption, taking bribes to imprison children is right up against the evil end of the continuum.

Oh come on, what are the chances that ALL of the little perps were innocent? Most of the anklebiters grow up to be unruly teens with one vice or another, most are just lucky enough not to get caught.
Hey, doing a little time might just be the ticket for these kids. You know, give them some street credibility, enhance their self esteem, because obviously their schools must be failing them.
I'm sure those judges just had to have their best interests at heart, because they weren't Republicans, or the article would have pointed that out.
