O'Quiz!!!

I'm several days late with the O'Quiz this week, owing to my hectic schedule. As usual, the average correct score is under 50%. I scored a "6," precisely as my friendly neighborhood O'Quiz handicapper predicted. Also as usual, post your triumphs and tragedies in the comments, along with your witty observations.

The answer I put was Israel. So, now I am wondering who wrote the test and how was it graded?
