Kim du Toit thinks this guy is the Moron of the Year. I dunno. A lot of stupid people will do a lot of stupid things in the next 5.75 months. But he will definitely make the short list.

The astonishing thing is the look on Mr. Moron's face in the first picture. He really looks like he thinks he's just had the best idea of his life. Possibly true.
