Anticipating Kerry's Defense

Polipundit anticipates that the Kerry campaign will defend his record on weapons systems (skewered last night by Zell Miller) by claiming that these were buried in omnibus bills that Kerry voted against out of fiscal responsibility or the like. This claim, however, can be preemptively refuted by examining what appear to be Kerry's own campaign documents from 1984, explicitly putting forth his positions on a number of weapons systems.
