My guess is they thought a lead article on anxiety would sell better than an article on on Egypt.
Nothing mysterious about that.
Or you could speculate that the revolution in Egypt has taken a turn for the worse, thus reflecting badly on 0bama, therefor the need to protect him by keeping the story off the cover.
Or perhaps they were thinking that Americans are a self-centered lot and don't really care what's going on in Egypt.
Perhaps the anxiety of not knowing the state of Egyptian revolution is causng stress?

I'm with feeblemind on all counts. Good pickup Aegon1 - that's the sort of cultural pickup that allows people to write books with catchy titles that you can sell at $30 a pop. Don't be shy. You already know about as much as most of them do.

Bingo. You'll never go wrong by assuming the shills of the MSM are *always* covering for Obama. Except maybe when they are insinuating he's too right-wing for OWS.
