News you can use: Weight loss after 40! 

I've lost weight after 40 several times! This, though, is actually a useful list of ways for us middle-aged dudes to lose weight.

Having also gone through several lose/gain cycles, I have decided that the only way to keep it off is to get some exercise- walk at least several miles a day.
