What arrogance. This is what Harry Reid would have us say
We're Not Worthy!

If outlandish beliefs are the Onion's test, how about the Cognressman who thinks the US Navy needs to be careful how many personnel are assigned to Guam, lest it capsize.
The governors are kookier than the governed, no doubt.

There are a few birthers out there, but the subject is being kept alive by the Democrats as a bogeyman. The right doesn't mention it anymore.
I would like to make a paranoia-comparison. Truthers believe that a president was part of a conspiracy involving dozens or even hundreds of people including foreign agents, possibly predating his presidency and related to no previously-indicated foreign policy interest, allowing enormous destruction to the economy and great loss of life, in order to purchase at great price some oil he could have had more cheaply.
Birthers believe a politician who has concealed and obscured his history may have concealed or obscured an important document important to his election.

Agreed. "Tea Partiers are rascists" is another they won't give up.
