Captioning backwards

Look at the caption on the photo attached to this story in the New York Times:

President Obama after a family outing in Kaneohe, Hawaii, where he squeezed in vacation activities between terrorism briefings.

Really? Isn't that exactly backward? Isn't he "squeezing in terrorism briefings between vacation activities"? Call me a cynic, but I would be surprised if President Obama is actually spending more time on "terrorism briefings" than "vacation activities." If so, then why did the Washington Post lay this hilarious "breaking news" alert on us yesterday afternoon?

Terrorism briefing!

The various newspapers conspiring to make Obama look engaged would be much more effective if they got their story straight before they published.

It would surprise me to no end if Obama were spending more time resting than he was working. Being the President means more darned work every hour of the day than any other job (other than perhaps being parent in charge of newborn twins).

Yer a skeptic, not a cynic. Well, you might be a cynic, but you don't manifest that in this post.

This part of the article is interesting:

"The government concluded it had to release those six (The December batch) because it was about to lose habeas corpus hearings in court that would order them freed."

Actually, on planet Obama...it would not be "Christmas Day terror attack"

It would be:

Holiday Season alleged man-made disaster incident involving an isolated suspect.
