If anyone's counting, that's approximately 78.724 million dollars of random shit. I'd normally refrain from cursing on this blog, but I think this deserves it. These are projects for peacetime when our economy isn't in the toilet. Or better yet, let the people who need the money find it somewhere else. Do a bake sale to study the sex lives of freshmen women!

Well, his language is entirely justified since it'll be his generation paying the bill for this massive fraud on the public. If someone stuck me with a tab like this one I admit I too with have a few raw comments.

Tigerhawk teen: If you are in college and can only express disgust through crude language, then you should consider if you are really cut out for college or if your aspirations are only to be a street bum. There are plenty of English words that would express your displeasure. You need to expand your vocabulary.

Billions down the rathole and some prude is getting squeamish about the language. When the going gets crappy the wimps get priggy.
Sometimes you have to make a point with language. Point made Tigerhawk Teen. Dave; get stuffed, bent, or twisted, maybe even bibulous. Just get rid of that annoying attitude. The adults around here are talking among themselves.

The situation at hand is so grave, so dire, and so disgustingly, obscenely riddled with inefficiency and lard that I was at a loss for words longer than four letters to adequately express my feelings on the matter. However, now that it's been a few hours, I have my vocabulary back. ;) In college speak, I was too lazy to use big words because they make brain hurt. It's a wonder I talking good can still do.

Tigerhawk Teen: Thanks for being honest about your lazy language. Unfortunately you haven't seen real waste yet.
Keep your eyes open while you are at school. Watch the inefficient administration, classes, and the general waste at your university. My buddies are up in arms because their kids are requiring 5 or 6 years to get their degree. The extra semesters are because colleges cancel required classes or schedule them for every other year and et cetera.
Our Federal Government wastes more money than that article exposed. Hang on to your hat because the big show is still to come.
