It'll be like having Geico car insurance...really cheap to maintain, but if you have to use it, it suddenly disappears!
The sad thing is that to understand the handwriting on the wall...you have to be able to read....

Pain Management has always been a problem since the War On Drugs. Ask any physician who has a patient on long-term pain medication, and the problems they go though with government paperwork and inspectors.
