Debunking myths about insomnia
My college friend Donnica Moore, who is a prominent and media savvy expert on women's health, debunks "myths" about insomnia in this video interview. Among other things, I learned that I am probably a chronic insominiac.

So. Women are more prone to insomnia because they are special? Sounded like a load of crap to me. What doctors do: exptrapolating without a shred of evidence.

Going off of my own family:
women are prone to insomnia because we worry like it's going out of style, and we're more likely to be the primary caretaker of children.
