Say it ain't so!. Are we not allowed any illusions?

Shocking, just shocking.

And she probably had braces and her hair colored also, which just disgusts me.

My sentiments exactly.

C'mon, man. She's got the least convincing set of robo-boobs I've ever seen. Look how sharp the borders are in the midline (a/k/a robocleavage).

Pity, she was probably quite beautiful before she got mutilated by some plastic surgeon.

I'll give Christopher credit for making the correct call when her picture first appeared.

He must have some previous hands-on experience after leaving TI but before getting married.

Hey, it's all good -- sometime you play on natural grass, sometimes on astroturf.

A couple of weeks ago, I read an interesting piece about how even quite minimal, and in no way obvious, breast augmentations can make a woman feel better about herself, more confident in the workplace, and so on.

Interesting.

Hey, guys, maybe it's not all about us!

E81, are you really sucking up to that hateful nutjob, ol' crazy troll CC?

Anon 3:29 - Even a blind squirrel finds, er, nuts once in a while. Not so much sucking up as acknowledging he was right. At that time, I was going to challenge him that the jury was still out -- she is young and might have been exceptionally proportional and self-supportive. I have had the good fortune to come across such fortunate females in my slightly younger days. It is not always clear-cut. I have had at least one experience that was, um, fake when I thought it was going to be real, and another that was real when I thought it was going to be fake (clinically, this is analogous to Type I and Type II error). Sometimes, you just don't know until you get there, and you can't let it distract you. Ultimately, it is an individual decision for the woman, of course.

I'd much rather look at Silicone cleavage than some of the bad hair transplants on C-Span and the Botoxed Pelosi and Kerry foreheads.

Hardly a revelation. What I'm puzzled by is why anyone cares? They look terrific.

Not sure if you're being TIC here or not, but that scenario describes one of my wife's friends to the letter. I sure couldn't tell she'd had anything done, but it completely changed her life, including bringing a string of abusive relationships to a screeching halt.

Women who get cosmetic breast implants are nearly three times as likely to commit suicide as other women, U.S. researchers reported on Wednesday.

The study, published in the Annals of Plastic Surgery, reinforces several others that have shown women who have breast enlargements have higher suicide risks.

"The increased risk of suicide was not apparent until 10 years after implantation," the researchers wrote.

Lipworth said she believes that some women who get implants may have psychiatric problems to start with, perhaps linked with lower self-esteem or body image disorders.

"I think we don't even know how big of a problem it is because we cannot even pinpoint what proportion of women have psychiatric disorders," Lipworth said in a telephone interview.

"There could be a whole lot of different disorders."

Women with breast implants also had a tripled risk of death from alcohol and drug use.

Happy, happy. Joy joy.

Well, when I look at her picture I have to admit I don't see self-esteem problems leading to years of alcohol and drug abuse, followed by the dubious relief of self-murder. I've studied her picture closely and, nope, just don't see it. But I'll keep looking, because I've been wrong before...

Silly studies such as this should be tempered by the fact that psychiatrists have the highest suicide rate among physicians!

I was listening to Laura Ingram on Fox XM the other morning and she had some rep from a women's lib organization stating that Miss California was "fair game" for personal ridicule because The Women's Movement is "all about fairness and equality" and that was violated.

Violated? For having the same opinion as the majority of American's, including Obama (assuming he's an American...).

Methinks the "Women's Movement" just got flushed down the commode.
