Philosophical question of the day
If you have sex with another woman and do not remember it, is it cheating?

Well of course it is.
Now then, if you have sex with a woman and she doesn't remember you at all, does that make you a Republican?
M.E.
Not as long as you "preserve your amnesiac deniability."

Um.
"Amnesiac deniability" and all that aside ('cause I find the whole idea despicable), it sounds like this isn't something he would have done under normal circumstances-- kinda like someone drugging you and then having sex. It would be an entirely different story if YOU had taken the drugs and then gone and cheated on your wife, amnesia or not. Or like drunk driving-- if you chose to drink, then your butt should be slapped in jail. If however, someone spiked your drink and you failed to notice, then that should be a different (and considerably less harsh) story.
Side note: Is it even possible to spike someone's drink with something (alcoholic) hard enough to make a difference and not have them notice? I've never had alcohol, but you'd think just the smell would have to tip them off...
According to Bill Clinton he did not have sex with that woman. According to Barry, if a pregnacy results from Bill's non event, the woman, but not the man, should be allowed to abort at any stage, a woman's right to choose, a man's right to not have any say in the matter.
So everyone is better off claiming the sex did not occur. Barry says, I won!!!
I've never taken Ambien. My wife has a prescription for it but has never used it. It had one refill. I got that refilled today.

It sounds Clintonesque...and therefore completely understandable and forgivable...as long as the guy was a Democrat.

Eowyn-
A mixture of good quality vodka and orange juice can be made that, if you weren't told, you'd put down to "orange juice is a little off. Must be that canned stuff."
