So, you think the Chinese are manipulating their currency?

Not surprisingly, they have a different point of view. They are not all wrong; we will destroy a lot of wealth in our struggle to repay all this debt unless we work harder, longer, and more productively than we have in the recent past.

Harder, longer and more productively is right up our alley! We're Americans, after all.

Once various trading markets can find their feet we'll be OK. That might take years, and political risk is higher in our country than ever, though.

Yeah, yeah, that's the ticket, we will recover by sellling services (like banking) to China since we no longer make goods...

I got some dim sum in Edison last night that is still manipulating my lower GI tract.

Maybe they are out for revenge by chicken feet...
