Why Employee Free Choice is no choice
Peter Kirsanow explains why the "Employee Free Choice Act" actually strips employees of, well, choice. It is indeed as lucid an explanation as you are likely to read.

, atForced unionization won't even be necessary, which is why I don't get this proposed law. What with all the new taxes and state mandates on businesses (like forced absorption of healthcare costs at the rate of 6% of payroll), layoffs and lower wages will be the obvious result. Unions will have rich hunting grounds for new members just for those reasons alone, and don't need the card check crapola.
