Euro rout
Since early this morning on the East coast of the United States, the price of a Euro in dollar terms has fallen from around $1.32 to $1.29, or more than 2% in less than a single day. How low with the Euro go?

Interesting voter fraud:
the McCain campaign sent out a mailer to hundreds of thousands of Wisconsin voters that included a state application for an absentee ballot stamped with the address of a local clerk. Many of the clerks' addresses did not correspond with the places the mailers were sent, according to a Sept. 12 article in the Wisconsin State Journal. The mailers encouraged voters to apply for absentee ballots in places where they were not eligible. The McCain campaign said it was a mistake.
Oct 21st, 2008 | WASHINGTON -- Al-Qaida supporters suggested in a Web site message this week they would welcome a pre-election terror attack on the U.S. as a way to usher in a McCain presidency.
The message, posted Monday on the password-protected al-Hesbah Web site, said if al-Qaida wants to exhaust the United States militarily and economically, "impetuous" Republican presidential candidate Sen. John McCain is the better choice because he is more likely to continue the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.
"This requires presence of an impetuous American leader such as McCain, who pledged to continue the war till the last American soldier," the message said. "Then, al-Qaida will have to support McCain in the coming elections so that he continues the failing march of his predecessor, Bush."
Interesting campaign commentary from the invisible spaceships orbiting just outside the Van Allen belt:
"Earthlings must be programmed to elect old warmonger and polar region huntwoman, then our colonization can proceed"
Only a change from the horrifying last eight years can prevent aliens savaging our planet and eating our pets.
What does any of the last three posts have to do with the falling Euro? Myself, I hope it continues to fall. I can get a Audi cheaper, perhaps.

You may want to re-think that Audi plan.
I've owned an Audi for 3 years, and their quality control kinda stinks.
Nice car, just needs to be worked on all the time.
