An idea for a Congressional investigation
An oil analyst on CNBC points out that the price of oil has fallen by almost $40/bbl in the last month or so (this morning it is down to around $108, from a high of $147 in July), and blames speculators. There they go again! So why no calls for a Congressional investigation? Why no outraged editorials? I'm confused.

More to the point, is not George W. Bush directly and personally responsible for this drop in oil prices?
