What is your company's policy regarding job sharing and working from home? I know a number of women in the Princeton area who have substantial resume and experiences, but are not willing to go crazy on keeping the corporate schedule.
Is your company willing and able to absorb talent, but understand the need to nurture a family from the female stance?

We are not very formal in either direction on the question of job-sharing and working from home. It depends on the job, and we are still small enough that we make these decisions ad hoc. So it sort of depends on the situation. The jobs in question, at the heart of corporate accounting, require a lot of time in the office, especially around the quarterly and monthly closes. Other jobs can be done more readily part-time or from home.
