Extraordinary photographs

I don't know whether these photographs have been altered, but they are incredibly cool.

Most of them have been altered in PS. Saturation in some, sharpness, or cloning tricks. There are so many "one touch" plug ins for Photoshop now that these kinds of images are everywhere.

If you want to see some great creative uses, check out some of these photogs. The first one is me. Cheers.

OMG: I hope Al Gore doesn't see the one where
global warming is about to devour an entire snow
capped mountain.

Um, some of them have been altered by the simple expedient of overexposure. Some of them are not photos but are 3D renderings. Some of them, however, are direct unaltered snap shots (taken with good lens & camera). I know, because I have been to at least 3 of the locations and have similar (although not quite as good) pictures in my archives.
