Nomenclature
I've been thinking about this post and the comments, and I've decided that henceforth I am not going to further the use of "anti-war" to describe the demonstrators who want to withdraw our soldiers from the theater of combat. As I wrote a few days ago, these people are not opposed to war, just America's involvement in it.
Henceforth, in my posts, they are "anti-defense."

'Pro capitulation' or simply 'capitulationist' also sound about right to me.

Good ones, John; for a long time already, I've referred to them as the "pseudo-peace" movement, or the "so-called peace movement," and have encouraged--nay, insisted--to others to do the same.
For example:

We've got to stop playing into their hands by letting them frame the debate, and honestly labelling them so is one [very important] way.

If it isn't too derivative how about surrender monkeys or just surrenderists. Maybe, the chattering children of Chamberlain.
