The Nazi roots of Islamofascism

If you are not familiar with the links, both actual and ideological, between Nazi Germany and today's Islamic fascists -- whether nationalistic or jihadi -- WILLisms' Kyle McCracken spells them out for you. With pictures.

Europeans claim to wonder why average Americans have such a hard time supporting the Palestinian Arabs in their struggle against Israel. They are so mystified, they often assume insidious forces are at work to distort the normal operation of American democracy. Alternatively, Europeans may -- deep down in places they don't talk about over camembert -- believe that for certain peoples, at certain times, fascism is understandable and appropriate. They did, after all, invent it.

When people think of 911, they think about the images of the planes flying into the WTC.
We rarely bring to mind the images of the Palestinions dancing in the streets.
But nobody has forgotten.

Let me point out that Fascism and Islamism (you say Islamofascism) has only one thing in common:hatred for jews.

It is incorrect to compare the two. Muslims admired Naziism simply because Nazi's killed Jews.

Fascism was a way of government for Mussolini. Naziism was Hitler's brand of Fascism but different even so. I do not have tme to point it all out, but suffice it to say, Fascism and Naziism have similarities but neither compare well to Islamism.

Hence, there is no such thing as "Islamofascism". It is a misnomer. A falsehood. The term is merely used because of one link: hatred of Jews. And this confuses the point.

Fascism and Naziism was a way of governing a nation-state. Islamism has no such presumptions nor do Islamists wish to duplicate the industrial-social complex of a Fascist/Nazi state. They merely wish to kill Jews.

So please, do not imply that Islamists are Nazi's/Fascists at heart. They aren't. This would lead one to believe that we can stamp out the Islamists with the same strategy as we did the Nazi's and Fascists. We can't.

Tiger, I urge you to research my points about Naziism/Fascism/Islamism more.
Islamists = Islamists, period. They not only wish to exterminate the Jews, they wish to subjugate all infidels equally, all in the name of a "religion" and that must be confronted in a way entirely different then Naziism/Fascism.
