Live-blogging dinner in Adelaide
At "Windy Point," reputed to be the best restaurant in Adelaide. How can I
not order the kangaroo fillet, "cumin spiced, pan seared and served with
buttered pencil leeks and red dhal"?
I'll let you know how it turns out.
UPDATE: The pan seared "Skippy" was quite tasty. Lean, yet very tender. If you have a chance to eat well-prepared kangaroo, take it.
