China arrives

314th Mission Support Group Commander Col. Jac Starkey (L) speaks to Consul General of the People's Republic of China in Houston Hu Yeshuen (R) in Little Rock, Arkansas September 7, 2005 during the arrival of China's humanitarian aid shipment for Hurricane Katrina relief operations. Seventeen international aid flights have landed at Little Rock Air Force Base since September 5, 2005.
The many countries that have promised to help in New Orleans are, apparently, actually stepping up.
