Think harder.
One incompetent politician without significant administrative or managerial experience running for mayor is bad. Two incompetent politicians without significant administrative or managerial experience who draw from the same constituency running for mayor is good. Now all we have to do is convince Jesse Jackson, Jr. to run for mayor (as he's given plenty of signs he's doing).

i think philly is in the worse boat.. we got john street as mayor and when he is done his son is preparing for office.. of how the streets love corruption and crack cocaine!!!!
