Shouldn't "co-ed" have both sexes? also, the boston red sox costume is extremely distasteful. just sayin'.

Bomber Girl, one of those oddities of language. When women started attending previously all-male institutions, they were referred to as co-educational students, shortened to coeds. Logically it should refer to both males and females, but language does illogical stuff like this all the time. Coeds are female.
