R.I.P., Lena Horne
The wonderful singer Lena Horne has passed away at age 92.
Lena Horne played an important role in knocking down color barriers faced by black entertainers during the 20th Century. One can only imagine the personal cost involved in such an effort, but she seemed to carry it off with much grace.
