The official caption tells us what is going on:President Obama fills out his 2010 Census form in the Oval Office, March 29, 2010.
Well, that's obvious. Here's what I want to know: What is the president thinking while he fills out his census form?

"All it seems concerned about is what race I am. It's deja vu all over again."

"If my congressional district/state is hopelessly Democratic (Republican in his case) isn't it in the best interests of the country if I toss this thing?"

A comment about filling out the form. The government spent millions telling everyone to fill out the form and if you didn't fill it out right away they will have to send someone out to follow up. My wife complains that I did not comelplete the form as soon as we received it.
Yet the question on the census form asks who is a resident on April 1, 2010.
