47% pay no income taxes; I think this indicates total tax liability including payroll taxes. 60% pay 5%. This is not justice.

Yes Ron, we are in a race to the bottom with CA. Having lived in both recently, I'm pretty sure CA is at least a decade ahead in this grand prix event.
