Take a genie to court
A Saudi family is suing a genie, "alleging theft and harassment, according to local media."
"The lawsuit filed in Shariah court accuses the genie of leaving them threatening voicemails, stealing their cell phones and hurling rocks at them when they leave their house at night, said Al-Watan newspaper."Maybe the California family that saw Michael Jackson's image in a tree stump after he passed away could get standing in the same court and seek some sort of compensation.
Barbara Eden and Larry Hagman were unavailable for comment.

This should work out real well. If the Genie loses, I am sure he/she will blink them into another demension or something.
