Memo to Nancy Pelosi: Decimal places matter!
Well, Nancy Pelosi has finally explained in clear terms we can all understand why it is so important that we pass the stimulus program quickly.

I'm glad it wasn't Bush making this earnest speech. If it had been, the networks wood play the clip non-stop, the NYT would run a front page evisceration and Politico et al would be burning. Heck, the internet probably would have slowed due to traffic overloads. Instead, we get the blessed silence with which polite society greets something ignorant said by someone truly, deeply stupid.

Didn't you hear? Along with salary caps, Obama will restrict government positions to those with an IQ level no greater than 75.
Fortunately, that will require no significant adjustment to the current norm.
