Losing the lawfare

I am running a few days behind on the bread-and-butter blogging, but those of you who want indigestion over lunch should read Andy McCarthy's latest news from the post-Boumediene world. A reporter actually interested in vetting the next president ought to ask Barack Obama what he thinks of the linked decision.

With the impending change of administrations Jihadist prisoners in US hands not directly covered by court orders should be distributed -- to Israel, Iraq, Egypt or other places willing to securely hold them -- immediately.
