Al Qaeda in Iraq, up close and personal

Michael Yon and Charley Company 1-12 CAV came across a village not long after al Qaeda was there. His coverage is extraordinary, if not for the weak of stomach.

There is no doubt that the jihadis are as savage as any Nazi. Fortunately, they are, for now, less competent.

These are the "people" that the Democrats and the MSM want to turn Iraq over to.

Don't forget to hit Michael's tip jar. He doesn't have the air-conditioned office or expense account of a New York Times reporter.

I'll be sure to make up for my lack of tipping once I get that first teaching job. A couple of part-time jobs in the meantime just doesn't allow for that...

I hardly think you can limit the anti-war crowd to Dems, and MSM, unless their numbers have soared recently to 72% of the population.
