My understanding is that they would be at risk only if Nifong were up for re-election.

I don't think it's the straying spouses that need to worry about Mike Nifong. I mean, they aren't, like, totally innocent.

If I lived in Michigan and were a faithful spouse, then I'd *really* worry if I heard Nifong were on the move.
