Well, since it is basically just a hole in the ground -- a hole that I evaluate every time I drive past Market Fair, as I did this morning -- I'm not holding my breath.
But I agree, the arrival of PF Changs will be huge. On the Border is pretty lame, though. Chevy's is better, IMHO.
We sort of specialize in family casual dining in our household, and for that the best place in the whole area is the Santa Fe Grill on Route 518 in Rocky Hill. We were there just tonight, in fact.
Agreed the Sante Fe Grill is good. We went there once and I was impressed by the big menu, big bar selection, and specials.
However, I have to take the other side on Chevys vs. On the Border. On the Border is superior by far. But I have to admit I ate a crap load of Chevys while in Grad school and I had to learn to hate it.
I love the Mac Grill. We had Witherspoon Grill the other night and It was good, but on the pricy side. Kind like Mediterra but better.
We need: Chipotle, Baja Fresh.
Have you blogged on central jersey restaurants yet? I'd be interested in hearing your top 10?
I'm the wrong guy to review restaurants in the area, because I am widely regarded as having plebeian taste. Whenever we go out with other couples we invite them to pick the spot, and that usually involves some place in Lawrenceville, New Hope, or Lambertville.
