Ohio and the endgame
Bush will win Iowa and New Mexico and hold Nevada. Take it to the bank. Wisconsin may break for Bush, since (I am told) Milwaukee is in but the more conservative farm counties in the north are not. Meanwhile, a plane full of lawyers is taking off from Logan to litigate Ohio into the Kerry column. The Kerry campaign should appreciate that if it litigates Ohio and extends the uncertainty around this election, it will hurt the country and the Democrats. Litigation is not politics by other means, however much the lawyers would have you believe it.
