More clear thinking on "Mad Cow"

Tech Central Station's Sandy Szwarc (no, I have no clue how her name is pronounced) has an excellent piece on the de minimus risks of bovine spongiform encephalopathy (BSE, or "Mad Cow" disease). There are none, at least none that can be compared to taking a bath, or putting one foot in front of the other.
