Plausible "shocker" news of the day

We are all supposed to be shocked by it, but based on my observations this story is not in the least bit surprising.

Sounds like a beating is overdue.

I'm not sure I click my mouse that often.

Yawn. She's 13. Of course she's going to be text messaging everyone of her friends 20-30 times an hour. That's what 13 year-olds do.

And with unlimited messages for $30 per month, Dad must have been aware of what was going to happen.

Me? I want to know where she gets the batteries that run her phone from. They must rock!

The girls is one unlimed texting?
She did NOT runa 3K bill up?

What's the big deal? Considering what some kids get into this is not all that earth shattering

Provided her house chores, do kids still have those? and her homework is done?

Interacting with people even that way might be preferable to sitting all night in front of a TV or playing video games.

Back before the earth solidified. I had a step daughter, even in those days of string and tin cans little girls like to stay on the phone.

My rules were, you clean up and homework is done, you can talk all you want

I even paid $2 extra a month so she could have her own ring. Saved a lot of getting up to answer the phone. I had call waiting.

If I or you mother get a call you TELL us we will get on and finish quickly you KNOW that, you DON'T call us? and I find out you LOSE the phone for a week for the first time,

She got fairly good grades had a nice bunch of friends, no agro
