Ten strange places
Ten of the strangest Earthly places you have probably not heard of (hence the absence from the list of the Galapagos and Yellowstone).

I dove the Blue Hole of Belize decades ago, which is on this list. Long story short, I fell in with two avid divers, one of whom was married to a woman I worked with.
There are other blue holes, but the one in Belize is the grandest. During the last Ice Age our oceans were hundreds of feet lower and the blue holes were caves under land. When the oceans rose, the roof of the cave collapsed creating an opening.
No AGW required.
