Pixelated eagle

Three or four years ago I took a long distance photo of an eagle with my little Canon point 'n' shoot. Zoomed in, pixels enlarged, this is what it looks like. Maybe it is just fuzzy, but I thought it was sort of mod.

I think it is a perspective that many of us and our allies have of the USA. We are there, but under this administration we are undefined, out of focus and lacking any clear cut position of authority or strength.
