What makes Chris Christie different?

A nice video capsule summary for those of you who cannot get enough, or have not gotten enough, of New Jersey's Governor Awesome.

I first saw Ann Coulter endorse Christie in mid-April -- six months ago -- at a talk she gave at Ramapo College in Mahwah. The audience of students at that very practical college went bananas.

It's Chris Christie who is giving Scott Sipprelle hope. The NJ-12th district is rated as one of the most Democrat districts in the country, at D+33 PVI according to Wikipedia, and yet Christie won the district against Jon Corzine. If Sipprelle can win he likely will be the Republican representing the most extremely Democrat district in the entire Congress. But Chris Christie shows us that it is possible for a Republican to win in the 12th, despite the gerrymander, and even though the Princeton Socialists may be energized enough to turnout for a Democrat this year, the rest of the district may not be so thrilled by the present state of affairs and might decide to again punish the Democrats, just as they did last fall. We can hope!

Christie's awesome aight. Awesome at "blunt talk" and YouTube moments. If only his policies backed it up, New Jersey might have a fighting chance. Unfortunately, for those of us who live here the rhetroric doesn't match the reality.
