Word choice quibble
In place of "success," I would have said "victory." But, yeah.

When it is actually a victory, say victory. I wouldn't even classify it as a success.

Add "Victory in Iraq" to the long list of things that were handed to Obama thru no personal effort of his own.

Obama "inherited" the victory neither he nor Biden wanted any part of securing.
I still expect they'll find some way of mucking it up.
