Looking for a new home in Princeton, New Jersey?

As it happens, Mrs. TH built a house last summer and did a fine job indeed. She has taken it out of the Multiple Listing Service for a few months and has put it up for sale "by owner" via various means, including this blog (click through for pictures and other helpful information). Both the design of the house and its location are perfect for a family with children (it is actually walking distance to all relevant public schools, the only supermarket in town, the restaurants and other shops in the Princeton Shopping Center, and the Community Park Pool), so on the chance you are looking to move in to the area by all means check it out. And if you buy the place, I'll toss in drinks and dinner with me, TigerHawk, at Princeton's Witherspoon Grill!

I was getting my checkbook out until I read that. Definitely a deal breaker.

She did a phenomenal job: it's absolutely gorgeous. Wish I could afford to move back to P'ton & buy it :)

Close to great pizza and cold Rolling Rocks at Conte's. Would be an imprtant selling point for me.
