Biden time
Vice President Joe Biden was pictured on the cover of the New York Times Magazine this past weekend. The cover story by James Traub was captioned: "After Cheney, Joe Biden could be the second-most-powerful vice president in history."
Your reaction to the caption?
When I started reading the article, the first handful of paragraphs made it seem as though it might be the opening salvo of the 2016 campaign, featuring Scranton Joe. The piece is actually a decent read, and goes into some detail about Biden's gut instincts often being a perfectly negatively correlated forecasting tool.

Giving Joe Biden political power is akin to putting loaded forearms and books of matches in the playroom of a Nursery School.
