Stuffing vs. dressing

The difference between "stuffing" and "dressing" explained. Put that way, I'm for dressing.

Someone should ask that guy why you can't get decent coffee or cooked vegetables in the South. Rather more important items than a once-a-year side dish, I think.

It's fine to prefer and champion one's region, but such sneering invites the same in response.
