To my chagin I read the sign above the truck just after I sent that question.

The sign is for a modern art mueseum or exhibition. So I guess that is what the picture is about.

Somehow I had the idee it was a picture of the hotel entrance. Perhaps because the sentence above mentioned a Hilton.
