Fail Blog fail?

I hope you've followed my advice and periodically checked in on the Fail Blog, as good an opportunity for good clean chuckles as you are likely to come across on a typical day. Occasionally, though, I disagree with a judgment that it has rendered. For example, this strikes me as a "slogan win," not a "fail." I think it might be a Fail Blog fail.

Meana55 might have it. It depends on whether they meant to say that the Homicide Division works at night or .. what Mean said.
